Refund policy
At Smake, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We are proud to offer one of the most comprehensive warranty claiming procedures in Maldives. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Exchanges
We offer replacements for any product that has a manufacturing defect that is covered under the warranty of the manufacturer. However, please note that a technician will be assigned to your case, should there be an issue. A confirmation from a technician on the product being faulty is required before an exchange can be issued.
Please be advised that all customers are granted a 30-day period to test their product. If any issues arise that were not identified during our quality checks, but are discovered after the 30-day period has elapsed, Smake will be unable to provide refunds, exchanges, or process claims.
Refunds
For customers experiencing an issue with their product out of the box, the default route is to go through an exchange. However, in the case of a serious mistake from Smake, a full refund can also be offered depending on the loss incurred by the customer.
Warranties
Different products offer different warranties. For more information, you can check the official manufacturer's page for each product. Smake forwards the full warranty offered by the respective manufacturer for all items except:
- Cases: Depending on the model of the case, the warranty forwarded from Smake ranges from 6 months to 1 years despite some manufacturers offering 1-2 years of warranty on their cases.
- Monitors: For monitors, we offer the full 2 or 3 years offered by manufacturers, however, free coverage is given only for the first 2 years. There will be a fee incurred for the remaining year which is refundable should the manufacturer honor the warranty claim.
- Power Supplies exceeding a manufacturer's warranty of 5 years: There will be a fee incurred for the remaining years which is refundable should the manufacturer honor the warranty claim.
