Are there different shipping options available if I want to save money?

Yes, we offer a variety of shipping options designed to suit your budget and timeline. If you're looking to save on shipping costs, we recommend opting for sea freight especially if the item's packaging is large or heavy. For those who need their order more quickly, airfreight options are also available at a higher cost. We're committed to offering flexible shipping solutions to meet your needs.

What if a product has an issue out of the box?

As with any mass produced products, there is always the chance of an item having an issue out of the box despite our best efforts to provide quality and excellence in our products. Therefore, we offer a 3-day return period for products that experience any significant shipping damages or experience any issues covered by the manufacturer's warranty. For more details on warranty, please refer to our policies.

Can I return a product that did not meet my expectations?

At our company, we strive for excellence in every aspect of customer satisfaction. However, returns are only accepted in cases where the product is damaged or falls within the warranty coverage. We encourage our customers to carefully review the product specifications and ensure it meets their needs before making a purchase. Below are some of are common questions about orders

What is the standard order duration for custom builds and pre-orders?

Our standard order duration is 10-14 days. However, your orders can be shipped and delivered as soon as 5-10 days as well depending on the date of order especially if it is just a few days away from a shipment date.

What if there is a delay on my order?

We have a track record of 97% of orders being on time. However, there are some uncontrollable factors in different shipments which may coincidentally result in a slight delay. Smake will always offer a compensation for any unexpected delays either in the form of a voucher or a free gift.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

We accept pre-orders for items that are not in stock. The standard order duration for these pre-orders is also 10-14 days at maximum.

How do I know if a product is in stock in Male' or if it is being pre-ordered?

when browsing, check if the product is available for pickup from any of our addresses. If it is available for pickup, then it is in stock in Male'. However, do note that some products do not have this option which means that it will be a pre-order. Kindly confirm with our team before placing your order if you have any doubts.

You can always visit the official manufacturer's page of a product to check on the warranty offered. If you're unsure, please feel free to drop us a text.

Can I order a product that is not shown in the website?

We are able to source just about any products mass produced and sold worldwide so please feel free to check with us on any products that may not be listed in our catalogue.
